JM Construction Services Inc has worked on over 250 construction/engineering projects both competitive bid and sole sourced. This experience has allowed JMCS to develop a clear understanding of obtaining contracts, developing/maintaining long term relations with customers, management of federal/private projects, importance of safety compliance, and exceeding all customer expectations.
JMCS has performed to the utmost professionalism and workmanship on many government projects under budget and within schedule with zero safety incidents. The need for government agencies to have a contractor that is very safety conscious, well organized, proficient in all govt. paperwork, responsive to customer needs, and maintain govt. budget and schedule is an understanding of services that JMCS thrives to provide.

It is the policy of JMCS Inc. to construct projects with the highest quality standards that meet the requirements of contract documents, of the budget estimates, and to implement work to maintain the construction schedule as defined in the project specifications. Our goal is to establish the Quality Standard of our industry by managing and constructing projects, which achieve high levels of performance through quality construction and proper maintenance.
In order to achieve these objectives, we have developed a Quality Control Program to serve as a guide of the organization. The use of the program, including proper training and implementation, will be the keys to meeting our goals and creating satisfied customers. We charge all project personnel with the responsibility of working as a team to produce quality installations that meet the unique requirements of each project as outlined by the project contract documents and the implementation of the JMCS Quality Control Plan.
